About me

Hi again! Please excuse my vain attempt to humbly talk about myself.

I have spent over 15 years as a consummate traveler, a cultural sojourner and a wandering vagabond. I have circled the globe more times than I can remember.

While on the road I have…

Taught English in Egypt, Uganda & Maine.
Worked as a Rescue Diver in Australia, a development consultant in Uganda and a web designer in NYC.
Studied philosophy, politics, anthropology & psychology in New Zealand, New York City, North Carolina, Tanzania & Maine.
Vagabonded through the South Pacific, Southeast Asia & Africa, and sat in silent meditation retreats for almost 6 months at temple outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

After years of searching outside of myself for a sense of completion, fulfillment, purpose & for an answer, I ultimately understood that “wherever I go, that’s where I am.”

These days, I’m humble enough Ito know that I don’t know. And even that, I’m not sure about. The answer is inside us; people are naturally creative, resourceful & whole. Nothing external, whether it is affection, food, adventure, or work, can complete us.

Now I work with clients who want to liberate themselves from their own mental bureaucracy, self-limiting thoughts and delusions of scarcity. This is what we call Integral Life Coaching.

I live in Berkeley, CA, and I study Psychology as part of a Masters program at the California Institute of Integral Studies and get into adventures of staying perfectly still. Would you like to join me?
